About Sarah Perez

Sarah Perez is a native of Beaumont, Texas and a Houstonian by choice. She has multicultural as well as multilingual experience that broadens the communication spectrum for both her and her clientele. Communicating in English, Spanish and Farsi she has several years experience in property management; specifically dealing with investors and leases. Sarah has a bachelors of science in Psychology from Lamar University as well as a Bachelors in Human Biology from TCC. Need help deciding to sell or lease? Call Sarah! Her memberships include the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. She volunteers for CASA de Esperanza and is a member of the Heights French Bulldog Meetup Group.
